KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED The knowledge, skill and ability an incumbent must have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the job duties. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: 2 year technical in electronics Prior Experience Specific Certifications, Licenses Required: Mitel Installer Certification or equivalent certification for a similar product. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. GENERAL LANGUAGE & REASONING ABILITY Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to comprehend and apply highly technical documentation. Must be able to understand local and long distance tariffs and service offerings as they apply to the resort.
