Job Summary:
The Vice President of Strategic Planning will report to the Head of the Advertising Agency.  The incumbent is responsible for maximizing the overall strategic value of the Agency through partnering with internal constientuients and leveraging external resources to apply research, audience and business insights that drive effective planning and execution of 360 advertising and brand initiatives. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the Head of Advertising Agency with strategic endeavors, including but not limited to work in connection with the company's Marketing Council. The position will require the candidate to spend time with various business unit marketing organizations, requiring the incumbent to telecommute at times.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
-   Coordinates with internal Agency partners, Global Market Research, eDG, BUs and outside experts to uncover insights develop messages, and research concepts to create marketing/advertising campaigns with impact.
-   Interfaces regularly with account, media, and creative teams to develop creative ideas and provide input.
-   Establishes and manages a competitive intelligence program, routinely gathering and analyzing information and trends for the Agency and its clients.
-  Creates and drives processes that foster Agency collaboration and help optimize 360 planning with a media-neutral mindset.
-  Champions social media and other emerging media opportunities throughout the company, encouraging groundbreaking ideas.
-   Responsible for the Agency's overall measurement program and creating a continuous feedback loop to optimize campaign performance.  Collaborates with Account to develop measurement plans and analytics for each campaign.
-   Develops and administers a strategic learning program within the Agency, identifying needs, gaps and solutions.
-   May be responsible for identifying and designing multicultural marketing opportunities.
-   Supports the head of the Agency with strategic endeavors, including but not limited to work in connection with the company's Marketing Council.
