Prudential Select Brokerage is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic
individual who is experienced in the field of business administration
for a fast growing business. This Manager position will assist the
Director, Distribution Support in the management of the business
administration for the Third Party Distribution Support Team.
Having an understanding of the critical nature of positive internal and
external relationships, efficient workflows within administrative
support teams, including strong focus on developing meaningful
objectives with tight linkage between objectives and results based on
the current business model is a must!
The Manager will also be responsible for carrying out initiatives that
will assist in accomplishing productivity and revenue goals that further
grow the Third Party business.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited
to the following:
- Management of Distribution Support Team
- Project Management
- Developing a Business Development Library of efficient standard operating procedures for Third Party Distribution and M Financial.
- Coordinating customer meetings/training sessions.
- Oversee compensation compliance process for Distribution Team
- Oversee Prudential Logo agreement process
- Marketing material management
- Work closely with RBD/NAE on meeting their business needs
Knowledge in the following areas is helpful:
Corporate travel policy
Corporate expense guidelines
Meeting management
Human Resource/Personnel background
