HRIS & Compensation Manager | Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation | Bethel, AK
The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation (YKHC) is located in the
Southwestern Alaska town of Bethel, with a total of approximately 6,000
people. YKHC supports 1500 employees, providing the health services to a
primarily Yyp'ik Eskimo Native population for an area the size of
Oregon. Services are provided through a Bethel located hospital and 50
clinics throughout the YK Delta. This position, a key member of the
Human Resources Department, will be expected, as a key initial function,
to develop the Kronos HRIS package to integrate with the already
established Kronos time and attendance and payroll systems. Additional
responsibilities will include:
- Substantial HRIS Project Management experience.
- Designs, plans, and implements corporate compensation programs,
policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for achieving organization's desired position in market and
compensation goals, and conducting or participating in surveys.
- Ensures the compensation program enhances the organization's ability to
recruit and retain employees.
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to work with YK staff at all levels
